In 1976 - candidate of philosophical sciences;
In 1978 - senior lecturer;
In 1992 - doctor of philosophical sciences;
In 2002 - professor;
Theme of the candidate dissertation: "Characteristics secularization in outlook the Azerbaijan peasant".
Theme of the doctor's dissertation: " Characteristics secularization in a context of the national and interethnic attitudes(relations)".

With 1957 for 1973 - Ministry of Culture of the Azerbaijan Republic responsible(crucial) employee;
Since 1973 for 1978 - National Academy of sciences of Azerbaijan, Institute of Philosophy and right, scientific employee;
With 1978 for 1984 - Azerbaijan State University of Culture, senior lecturer;
Since 1984 till the present time - Baku State University, at first senior lecturer, then professor;
5 monographies, 10 books, 10 candidates of sciences, 3 doctors of sciences.

April 3-4, 2007 participation on a symposium " Qeydar Aliyev and politics of religion in Azerbaijan: the facts and prospects ".
