In 1976 was born in Bilasuvar area.
In 1993 has ended average school №1 by him. By bottoms Bilasuvar of area.
1993-1999 years - Baku State University faculty of Sociology and psychology.

1993-1997 years - Baku State University faculty of Sociology and psychology, bachelor;
1997-1999 years - Baku State University faculty of Sociology and psychology, MB

Since 2000 year till the present time - Scientific Research Centre Islamic in BSU, sociologist.

Each year by the invitation of embassies of Saudi Arabia (September 23) and Kuwaiti Republic (February 25) I accept participation in days of celebration of independence of these countries.
