A.Shafiev was born on December, 27th 1972г. In area Lerik, in village Zvuch. Has with distinction left high school villages Zvuch. In 1991y. Has arrived on faculty of social sciences and psychology БГУ on a speciality sociology. In 1996г. Has with distinction finished university.
In 1996y. Has arrived in postgraduate study БГУ on sociology chair, a speciality - sociology. Before the put term has defended the dissertation on a theme: “Social conflicts and ways of their permission”
It is married, two children.

In 1996 has finished faculty of social sciences and psychology БГУ on a speciality Sociology.
In 1999y. Has finished postgraduate study
In 2001y. Has protected the master's thesis on a theme: “Social conflicts and ways of their permission”.
