Short biographical information

M.V.Valiyev was born in the village of Marzili in 1947 in Aghdam region, the Republic of Azerbaijan in 1970 he was graduated from the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical Institute (now ASPU) was the diploma of Honour. From 1970 he worked at Khankendi Pedagogical Institute as a teacher of psychology, assoc. prod and dean at the faculty of pedagogical and, methodology of primary education. Because of conflict around Nagaruy Karabakh he worked at Ganja State Pedagogical institute assoc.prof. Then he worked at Shusha branch of API as assoc. prof. and chief of the chair. Since 1992 he has been teaching at BSU, the chair of psychology. In the years of 1996-2006 he worked as an assistant dean at the faculty of social sciences and psychology at BSU.

In 1984 he degended thesis at Tbilisi State University in the theme of “The organization of spiritual ideals for Pedagogical Institute students for the profession of a teacher: he participated in some conferences, like at Russia Caucasian scientific and practical conferences and inner University and faculty conferences as well. Assoc.prof. M.Valiyev is the author of 4 manuals, 17 programmers, 64 scientific articles, 48 thesis, 1 textbook and 20 newspaper articles. He is carrying out researches on the history of psychological thought.

Material interest and spiritual ideals for the profession of a teacher and its forming features has been learut.
He participated in some scientific and cultural conferences and was the chairman of the section called “Psychology and pedagogy”.
