He was born in1940 in Ordubad.
He entered Selsko-economic technical school in 1958 and he graduated with the diploma of the honours pupil. After the technical school termination entered on biological faculty BSU (then �SU) and graduated with excellent estimations in 1970.

He has been accepted the dissertator of departament of philosophy at BSU in 1973.
In 1975 he has protected candidate dissertational work on a theme “Theoretical synthesis in modern biology”.

He worked the manager of cabinet of chair of philosophy in 1971, he worked lecturer in 1973, he worked senior lecturer from 1975 till 1978. He works assistant professor since 1978.
He conducts lectures on "Philosophy" courses, ”Concepts of modern natural sciences”, ”Dynamics of historical types of thinking”.

Carries out researches in areas ontology and gnoseology; social philosophy; natural sciences philosophies.

In a current of many years the genius of philosophy - Platon, Aristotle, Gegel, the Edging is engaged in transfer philosophical products.
