PERSONAL INFORMATION
Gurbanova Narmina Shamil was born in 1968 on November 22 in Baku. In 1985 she entered the Faculty of Oriental Studies of the Kirov Azerbaijan State University in the Persian Language and Literature Department, and in 1990 she graduated with honors. She began her career in 1990 at the Azerbaijan University of Russian Language and Literature. In 1992-2002 worked as a junior researcher at the Institute of National Relations of the Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan. In 2011-2014 she was a doctoral student of the Department of Social and Pedagogical Psychology of BSU. In 2017 she defended her thesis on the topicof "Issues of socio-psychological adaptation of ethnic groups living in modern Azerbaijan." She participated in international projects and conferences and is the author of articles and abstracts.
She is married and has three children and lives in Baku, Azerbaijan.
