From 1975 to 1980 studied and graduated from Azerbaijan Pedagogical University, pedagogic- psycology Faculty.
At the same time worked as a senior assistant at the Oil and Chemistry institute after M.Azizbekov.
Since 1994 has been working at the Baku State University.
