SHORT BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
HuseynovElmar was born in Baku in 1983, educated in the secondary school 159 in Baku in 1989-1999, then continued his education in the Department of Social sciences and Psychology (with the specialty of Philosophy) at Baku State University in 1999-2003. In 2003, he completed Bachelor’s Program in Philosophy with honor, then continued his education in the Master Program in “Social Philosophy” at Baku State University. In 2005, he completed this Master Program with honor. In 2005-2008, he was a PhD student in the Department of Philosophy at BSU.
