Mukhtarova Nubar was born in Lithuania, on August 30, 1948.
Finished the secondary school �� 67 in 1965 year.
Graduated from the Azerbaijani State Pedagogical University.
Got PhD in 1988 year and the Doctorial Candidacy in 1996year.
Since 1985 she works in BSU as lecturer.
Got the academically title as a professor in 1997 year.
Has been engaged in industrious public activity for a long year.
Was delegate in the Independent Azerbaijani women’s congress.
She is a chairman of New Azerbaijan Party’s Woman’s’ Council.
Speaks in Russian and Turkish languages.
Married with 2 children.
